Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to achieve goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance standards
- Monitor inventory and reporting processes
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Act as Store Manager in their absence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership roles
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
