Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Estimate project costs and provide accurate bids for electrical work
- Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician in the construction industry
- Proven experience in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
