Overview
This is not your average sales job. This is relationship management at the highest level. This is high-stakes deal making, problem solving, and emotional damage control, all rolled into one.
Think of this as ¼ customer service, ¼ sales, and ½ psychological counseling. It is definitely 100% client management. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps business owners sell their life’s work and serious buyers close on major opportunities.
I have good news: there is no cold calling. We provide you with all the buyers and sellers you will work with. However, this is not for a person with a “clock in, clock out” mindset. You must always be available when your clients need you.
You’ll be juggling sharp business owners, alpha investors, lawyers, accountants—and your own calendar—every single day.
If you have a lot of personal distraction in your life, don’t waste your time applying for this. If you want a comfy paycheck every Friday, keep scrolling.
If you want the opportunity to earn multiple six figures and you are willing to work your tail off for it, this could be the lifetime opportunity you have been searching for.

What Makes This Role Different
No prospecting. No cold calling. We provide qualified sellers and motivated buyers.
You manage real transactions, not leads. Your role is to match the right buyers with the right businesses and guide both sides through the deal process.
You operate at a high level. You will work directly with business owners, private equity groups, family offices, and sophisticated buyers.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active seller accounts
- Vet, qualify, and manage hundreds of prospective buyers
- Coordinate introductions between buyers and sellers
- Collect, organize, and distribute financial and operational documents for due diligence
- Manage expectations on both sides of the transaction
- Facilitate negotiations and help structure win-win outcomes
- Act as the quarterback of the deal from initial introduction through diligence and closing
- Maintain momentum across long, complex transaction cycles
- Maintain accurate and detailed account records, activity, next steps, and transaction documentation within our CRM
- Remain highly organized and accountable across a large volume of conversations, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities
Who This Role Is For
This position requires someone who:
- Is confident, assertive, and emotionally intelligent
- Can manage strong personalities, including Type-A business owners and institutional buyers
- Is comfortable pushing back, holding boundaries, and navigating conflict
- Can think strategically while managing many moving parts
- Is exceptionally organized and disciplined about documentation, follow-up, CRM management, and next-step ownership
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Is patient and disciplined enough to work a 6–9 month sales cycle
You must be able to stand your ground when dealing with:
- Business owners running $5M–$100M+ companies
- Private equity firms managing hundreds of millions in capital
If you are timid, conflict-averse, disorganized, or need frequent reassurance and day-to-day supervision, this role will not be a fit.
The Reality — Read This Carefully
- Most deals do not close quickly
- First commission typically takes 6–9 months
- You will manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
- This is not a role for someone who needs a paycheck in the next few months
However…
Compensation & Upside
This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity.
There is no salary, draw, or guaranteed income.
- One small deal can generate $10,000+
- Medium deals can generate six-figure commissions
- Realistic first-year earnings for strong performers: $150,000–$250,000+
- No income cap
We are running this ad because we already have more accounts than we have people to manage them, and our portfolio is growing every day.
We are looking for the right professionals to help us convert those accounts into closed transactions.
This role is best suited for someone seeking a long-term, high-income career as a deal-managing professional—not a stepping stone.
If you are disciplined, confident, organized, and capable of managing complex transactions over time, this can be an exceptional final stop in your career.
If you need guaranteed income in the next six months, this is not the role for you.
If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
