Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated CNC Operator and Custom Woodworker to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom wood products using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
- Install cabinetry, doors, fixtures, siding, trim carpentry elements, and other custom wood features on-site or in manufacturing settings
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate material needs and construction timelines accurately
- Assist with heavy lifting and site preparation to ensure safety and efficiency during installation or fabrication processes
Qualifications
- Proven ability to operate CNC machinery
- Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture building
- Ability to read and build directly from shop drawings
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery, and materials
- Experience with shop tools and machinery (table saw, planer, router, etc.)
- High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
