Position Summary:
Redfish Productions is looking for a Junior Producer who is hungry to break into the live event industry and willing to learn it from the ground up. This is an entry-level role working side-by-side with the owner of Redfish Productions, shadowing every phase of live event production, from the first client call to the final strike. You'll get hands-on exposure to how real events come together, client relationships, vendor negotiations, budgets, on-site execution, and everything in between, with the goal of growing into a full Event Producer/Project Manager as you prove yourself.
This role is built for someone early in their career (or looking to break in) who is scrappy, coachable, and willing to do whatever it takes to learn the business, from the unglamorous grunt work to the adrenaline of show day. If you're the person who's always volunteering to run the school event, produce the campus show, or manage the group project, and you're dying to turn that energy into a career, this is your way in.
