Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Person
Small hotel is looking for a dependable part-time maintenance person to help with general repairs, projects, and occasional maintenance emergencies.
This is not a full-time position and does not have a set daily schedule. Hours will depend on what repairs or projects need to be done.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
- Light construction and general repairs
- Drywall and basic carpentry
- Plumbing repairs
- Light electrical work
- General hotel/property maintenance
- HVAC experience is helpful, but not required
- Must have a working phone
We need someone who can look at a basic maintenance problem, figure out what needs to be done, and handle common repairs without a lot of supervision.
Schedule: Part-time / as needed
Hours: Vary depending on projects, repairs, and occasional emergencies
Retirees or semi-retired maintenance/construction workers are welcome to apply.
