The Poncan Theatre is searching for an Executive Director to serve in a contracted capacity. The Contractor will oversee day-to-day operations, advance the Poncan Theatre's mission, and support the long-term health and growth of the organization in alignment with the mission and vision of the Poncan Theatre.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the general oversight and execution of the Theatre's operations, including financial oversight, facility management, staff and volunteer management, community and audience engagement, marketing oversight, and board communication.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
