Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai is looking for an experienced Lead Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves taking care of customers, and wants the opportunity to earn a top income while helping lead a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the service drive and set the standard for customer satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with customers through honest communication
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Present maintenance recommendations with confidence and integrity
- Mentor and assist other advisors to improve performance
- Help drive CSI, retention, and service sales
- Maintain accurate repair orders and follow Hyundai processes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dealership service advisor experience
- Hyundai or import brand experience preferred
- Proven track record of high CSI and strong sales performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department
- Reynolds & Reynolds and Xtime experience is a plus
