Field Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growing home improvement company looking for motivated Field Marketer Representatives to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
This is a high-energy entry level sales opportunity where you’ll engage homeowners, build communication skills, and create real income potential with bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Generate qualified leads and appointment setting for in-home consultations
- Track daily lead generation activity and appointments set
- Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer outreach
- Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors
No experience required – training provided.
Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation (Preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
