Duties
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management to identify potential members
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase membership benefits and features
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach campaigns
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively managing territory accounts and pursuing new business opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or inside sales environments with a focus on management or business development
- Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture customer relationships over time
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for lead tracking and customer data management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client presentation skills to facilitate deal closing and upselling opportunities
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and generating new leads within territory or remote sales environments
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and achieve sales targets consistently
- Experience with technical or product demonstrations, especially in technology or retail sectors
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the capability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Familiarity with sales management systems proficiency for tracking performance metrics and managing customer data effectively
