We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our Louisville team.
This is a great fit for someone who wants a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule without working full-time hours. The normal schedule is 29 hours per week, with some flexibility in the exact start and end times based on the right candidate.
Schedule
29 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Monday–Thursday: 6 hours per day
- Friday: 5 hours
- Typical working hours will fall between approximately 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- Exact start and end times can be discussed based on the candidate's availability
- No evenings or weekends
Pay & Bonuses
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- $0.50 per hour pay increase every 6 months until reaching the position's pay cap
- Opportunity for occasional discretionary bonuses

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Unloading delivery trucks
- Stocking and organizing products
- Pulling inventory for customer orders
- Binning and preparing products for fulfillment
- Boxing and labeling orders for shipping
- Loading trucks for daily shipments
- Helping keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
What We're Looking For
Our warehouse is a fast-paced, physical work environment, so we're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Takes pride in working hard and getting things done correctly
- Can work efficiently as part of a team
- Is comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the shift
- Can safely lift packages weighing approximately 50 pounds
- Is comfortable working in a warehouse environment
You'll stay active throughout the day, so this is a good position for someone who enjoys physical work rather than sitting behind a desk.
Because our warehouse team operates equipment such as forklifts, employment is subject to a pre-employment hair-follicle drug screening and background screening. Marijuana use is not an automatic disqualification.
