- Assist customers with purchasing baked goods including cookies, brownies, cakes, and pies.
- Operate cash register and process credit card transactions accurately.
- Answer telephone calls and take customer orders.
- Help customers select cake designs, colors, sizes, and customization options.
- Communicate detailed decorating instructions to cake decorators to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront, including bakery cases, floors, windows, and doors.
- Stock bakery display cases with cookies, cakes, pies, and other baked goods.
- Decorate the storefront with seasonal and promotional displays.
