About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for ensuring the peak operational performance of our plant machinery and infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in our production environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance, installation, and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic plant equipment.

Diagnose and resolve electrical component failures to restore system functionality efficiently.

Optimize process control equipment by integrating modern technology and state-of-the-art control systems.

Collaborate with production operators to perform rapid mechanical repairs, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.

Maintain facility infrastructure to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.

Document technical repairs and system modifications to ensure accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications-
3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the plastics or high-speed manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and complex mechanical systems.

Strong electrical aptitude with practical experience in PLC programming and control systems.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly across all levels of the organization.

Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
