We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our production team in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. This role is responsible for processing customer items through specialized equipment, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining strict handling standards.

What You’ll Do
- Process items using imaging and production equipment
- Ensure all outputs meet quality and consistency standards
- Prepare and handle products for downstream operations
- Follow established procedures for tracking and processing items
- Maintain organized workstations and workflow efficiency
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
- Adapt to shifting priorities based on operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

- Overtime opportunities during peak seasons or when business needs require extra hours
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Visual acuity to inspect detailed items
- Ability to work in a production environment with varying noise levels
Overnight Shift Schedule: 9:30pm - 6am
