Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Managing check-ins and check-outs
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Assisting with daily front desk operations
- Taking photos and videos throughout the day
- Creating Instagram Stories, Reels, and simple social media content
- Helping keep the clinic organized and running smoothly
- Supporting an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day
- Comfortable taking photos and videos
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Team-oriented and able to work well with providers and staff
- Able to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or professional office environment
- Experience with Instagram, Stories, Reels, and content creation

Compensation
$19–22 per hour, depending on experience
