North Grounds Property Maintenance is hiring Lawn Care Technicians to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces across the Gallatin Valley. You'll work outdoors, making a visible impact by mowing, trimming, and ensuring that landscapes remain vibrant and well-maintained. Safe and efficient equipment operation, along with attention to detail, is essential to protect our clients' investments and keep properties looking their best. Job Duties:
- Mowing: Keep lawns expertly trimmed and lush while maintaining attention to detail.
- Trimming: Create crisp, even lines and borders for a polished, professional look.
- Blowing: Clear away grass clippings and debris, leaving properties spotless.
- Equipment & Vehicle Care: Keep equipment and vehicles clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next job.
Basic Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of equipment operation is beneficial.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work over 40 hours during peak seasons.
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work in weather elements for up to 10 hours per day.
- Physical commitment required for gardening.
- Work well within a team and take direction.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Work Schedule:
- Enjoy a work-life balance with 4 days of work per week, 10-12 hours per day (weather permitting, peak season may require employees to work longer hours)
- Three-day weekends to recharge and explore the beauty of Montana, weather permitting.
