Overview:
Works directly with families to provide social and emotional support and serve as a liaison between the Family Team and the service systems serving the participants, through a mentoring/coaching relationship. Qualified candidates must have related life experience as a parent or legal guardian of a child and experience as a recipient of services. Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide "one-on-one" support for the parents of participant(s) in the Wraparound Program.
- Attend all scheduled Family Team Meetings.
- Assist Family Team members and/or Wraparound Program participant(s) with the completion of necessary paperwork or forms.
- Assist in securing and presenting community resources to the Family Team.
- Be available to provide telephone support and crisis de-escalation to youth and family, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, including holidays, through an on-call system.
- Meet with Parents/Caregivers on a regularly scheduled basis to support and empower caregiver.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 21 years or older due to County contract requirements.
- Maintain a valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record of at least 3 years.
- Maintain criminal record clearance
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
