We're looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager who understands luxury branding and can elevate our digital presence to match the caliber of our work.
Position Overview
This is not an entry-level social media position.
This role will oversee the social media presence for multiple brands and companies within the MOCCA Group portfolio. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing several accounts simultaneously, adapting to different brand voices, and maintaining the highest level of organization, creativity, and consistency across every platform.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Brand Strategy
- Own the social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with company goals
- Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across every platform
- Protect and elevate the MOCCA Group brand
Content Creation
- Document hospitality projects, restaurants, events, and property tours
- Produce high-end Reels and cinematic videos
- Create compelling project showcases
- Capture interviews with leadership, architects, designers, partners, and clients when appropriate
Creative Direction
- Plan content shoots
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, drone operators, and creative vendors when needed
- Select music, pacing, editing style, typography, and storytelling that reflects a luxury audience
- Ensure every piece of content aligns with the MOCCA Group brand
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content
- Write engaging, polished captions
- Research relevant hashtags and SEO keywords
- Monitor engagement and community interactions
- Respond professionally to comments and messages when appropriate
Analytics & Growth
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, audience growth, impressions, website traffic, and lead generation
- Present monthly performance reports
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data
- Stay ahead of social media trends while ensuring content remains timeless and brand appropriate
Collaboration
- Work closely with ownership, development, construction, hospitality, and real estate teams
- Coordinate content around project milestones, grand openings, closings, events, and media opportunities
- Maintain an organized content library of photography and video assetsmo
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who has exceptional taste. You should naturally understand luxury branding, architecture, interior design, hospitality, and premium lifestyle marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing social media for luxury brands, real estate, hospitality, architecture, interior design, or high-end lifestyle companies
- Outstanding photography and videography skills
- Advanced video editing experience
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience creating high-performing Instagram Reels
- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projects
- Must be highly professional

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
