Job Summary
As our Maintenance Supervisor you would ensure all our properties are well maintained. Duties include creating a daily schedule for all maintenance technicians, ordering parts and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary items for maintenance tasks to be completed in a timely manner. As a Maintenance Supervisor you are also responsible for contacting outside contractors to assist when needed, complete move-out inspections, unit turns and communicate with office staff on the progress of units. Perform other duties as they are assigned.
Our Maintenance Supervisor needs to be a strong leader, resourceful, hardworking, and have excellent time management skills and communication skills.
Our ideal candidate would have building maintenance experience as well as supervisory experience. Be friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the job done. The existing maintenance staff work together in all areas of the job and depends on the supervisor to help them when needed.
On call rotation is mandatory and you are paid accordingly. Overtime is rare. Pay is provided if you are needed longer hours during a time that you are not on call.
You would have the use of a company vehicle and company tools. No need to bring your own. You would also be provided with general work clothing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
