As the Lot Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring one of our vehicle fleets. This includes scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance, transporting vehicles to various locations, entering data into multiple systems, and ensuring accurate tracking of fleet activity. You will regularly walk the lots in all weather conditions to inspect, track, and maintain vehicles.
Lot Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance for company vehicles.
- Move vehicles between locations as needed.
- Enter and maintain accurate vehicle data across multiple systems.
- Perform regular lot walks in all weather conditions to track and inspect vehicles.
- Maintain organization and accountability for fleet operations.
- Support continuous improvement of the role as responsibilities evolve.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Lot Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
- Chauffeur’s License required.
- Ability to pass a road test annually.
- Ability to pass the drug test and background check.
- Ability to pass the MVR check.
- Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record.
- DOT Medical Card or the ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Consistent work history and attendance record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
Lot Maintenance Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include:
- Regular outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Frequent walking and physical activity.
- Work requires a willingness to maintain a set schedule. May occasionally require flexibility for business needs.
