We are actively seeking candidates to join our team as Operations Technicians, with openings available for both day and night shifts.
You do not need previous experience to apply, as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
Core Responsibilities-
Execute production tasks including coating, blasting, masking, plating, and chamber operations by strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures.

Ensure high-quality output by visually examining components throughout the production cycle to detect and address any defects or damage.

Safely manage the loading and unloading of customer materials, helping to maintain a secure and efficient workspace for the entire team.

Keep your workstation and equipment in excellent condition by performing regular maintenance and promptly notifying management of any mechanical concerns.

Record essential production metrics and finalize quality documentation to help ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all manufacturing processes.

Assist with various departmental needs and take on additional assignments to help the team meet shifting business goals and production demands.
Ideal Qualifications-
Possession of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Demonstrated capacity to adhere to technical guidelines, safety protocols, and detailed work instructions.

Flexibility to accommodate production demands, including working overtime, holidays, weekends, or specific shift rotations.
Shift Details
Our team operates on an alternating 2/2/3 schedule, Monday through Friday. These roles consist of 12-hour shifts running from 7:30 to 7:30, covering both day and night rotations.
