What You’ll Do as a Customer Engagement Associate:
- Be the Expert: Share AT&T’s mobile, internet, and TV services with professionalism and a smile.
- Build Relationships: Proactively chat with potential customers to build trust and find out how we can help.
- Personalize Solutions: Listen to customer needs and recommend the right plans and promotions for their lifestyle.
- Educate & Assist: Help customers understand their tech and assist with easy account setups or upgrades.
- Grow Your Skills: Participate in team training sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends.
