We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in speech therapy, patient assessment, and pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on speech and language goals
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings such as inpatient facilities, clinics, schools, and acute care environments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage patient cases effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Specialization in pediatrics and speech therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to speech and language
- Experience working in inpatient settings and clinics
- Ability to perform case management duties efficiently
- Familiarity with acute care practices
