We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure all production equipment, utilities, and facilities operate at peak reliability and efficiency.

The Maintenance technician will oversee daily maintenance operations, on a 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday schedule, for all manufacturing, packaging, and facility systems. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused — ideal for someone who enjoys working with their tools while mentoring a small team of technicians. You’ll manage preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and drive improvements across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Lead, train, and schedule to support production needs.

Perform and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across all production and utility systems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including pumps, solenoids, conveyors, hydraulic presses, and packaging equipment.

Diagnose PLCcontrolled systems

Maintain and utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders, asset history, and inventory control.

Collaborate with Production and prep teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships.

Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met for equipment and facility operations.

Lead or assist in capital improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong working knowledge of mechanical, facility maintenance, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (AllenBradley preferred).

Familiarity with packaging, filling, or process equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and maintenance documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Able to work in a handson capacity and assist with critical repairs as needed.

Previous experience in consumer goods, food, or cosmetic manufacturing.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis (RCA).

Electrical or mechanical certifications, or related technical degree.
