Yardworx Landscaping is a small-to-mid-sized company specializing in residential landscape construction — not your typical mow-and-blow operation. We focus on transformational outdoor projects from start to finish, and we’re proud of the beautiful work we produce.
What We Do:
Our projects include demolition, grading and drainage, irrigation, lighting, trenches, flower bed builds, and hardscape installations like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. If you enjoy light-duty construction and working outdoors on high-quality jobs, this is a great fit.
What We’re Looking For:
We want dependable team players with a great attitude. Someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and take pride in their work. Experience is great, but we’re open to training the right person who’s motivated and reliable.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work full days outdoors
- Basic tools: pencil, tape measure, etc.
- Comfortable doing physical labor, including trenching, demo, and leveling/grading
- Team mindset — we like to have fun and get things done right
- Must be able to commute to job sites throughout San Diego
