Pay: $15.00-$20.00/hour (including tips)
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and upselling items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with food delivery from kitchen to dining area, including bussing tables and managing food presentation.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
- Support team members in various tasks like stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring overall restaurant cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts are important.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices helps ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Experience working in retail or grocery stores can be beneficial due to the emphasis on customer interaction and food handling.
