This highly technical, hands-on role serves as the primary execution lead for the Informatics function, driving the delivery of accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions across clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive business areas.
Requirements:
- Strong healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare informatics experience.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for querying, validation, data analysis, and reporting development.
- Extensive experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and visualizations.

- Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Lead complex data analysis, source-to-report validation, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that support organizational decision-making.
- Standardize healthcare reporting logic, KPI definitions, and metric calculations across departments.
- Perform advanced data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
- Oversee report inventory management, documentation, data lineage tracking, and reporting certification processes.

They bring a strong combination of technical expertise, healthcare reporting knowledge, and problem-solving ability, with the capability to independently develop reports, validate complex data sets, improve reporting processes, and serve as the organization's technical leader for analytics and informatics initiatives.
