We’re currently expanding and looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Brand Ambassador.
Position Overview
The Brand Ambassador is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on in-person marketing, sales, and donor acquisition. You’ll represent nonprofit partners at events and community locations, engaging directly with the public to drive awareness and support.
This is a performance-driven role with hands-on training and a clear path into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns at events and pop-up locations
- Engage with community members to educate, inspire, and acquire donors/customers
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and authenticity
- Clearly communicate campaign messaging, mission, and impact
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales/fundraising goals
- Track performance, interactions, and campaign results
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, sales, and leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- No prior experience required – full training provided

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
