Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts across multiple channels. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on outside sales, business development, and account management.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through effective negotiation and personalized service.
- Oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, leveraging digital channels, content marketing, and targeted outreach to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pipeline activity, analyze sales data, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Identify new market opportunities by conducting thorough analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate sales efforts , ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes through analysis skills and innovative approaches to customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a minimum of several years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on business development and account management.
- Strong background in marketing strategies combined with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and value.
- Experience in Hotel sales or selling complex solutions requiring detailed product knowledge.
