Job Summary
Imperial Workforce is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our growing team in Lancaster, TX. We specialize in staffing light industrial positions for logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution companies throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The ideal candidate is a hardworking, organized individual with excellent communication and people skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for light industrial positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting methods.
- Screen applicants and match them with available job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients.
- Coordinate orientations, new hire paperwork, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting activity.
- Follow up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Meet hiring goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Customer service, recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
