Whether working on Engine or Transmissions, or suspension systems, your skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
- Repair and replace automotive electrical systems and components with precision using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed and communicate effectively with Service Writer regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in automotive service and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated proficiency with automotive schematics and diagnostics tools.
- Familiarity with powertrain maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to use hand tools, power tools and other mechanical repair tools effectively.
- Valid certifications ASE or related to automotive repair a plus.
- Must have own tools
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
