KidStrong is a rapidly growing child development training program that helps kids become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through our science-based curriculum, we focus on:

We serve children from walking age through 11 years old in a fun, supportive, and structured environment designed to help every child reach their full potential.
Since launching in 2016, KidStrong has expanded to more than 100 locations nationwide and continues to grow across Texas.
What You'll Do
As a KidStrong Coach, you'll lead engaging classes that inspire kids to learn, grow, and succeed.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading high-energy, interactive classes for children
- Coaching kids through physical, cognitive, and character-building activities
- Creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment
- Building positive relationships with members and families
- Delivering an exceptional experience during every class
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to child development
Ideal Backgrounds
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in:
- Coaching
- Teaching
- Personal Training
- Physical Education
- Child Development
- Athletics
- Customer Service
- Youth Programs or Camps
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, coaching, teaching, or fitness preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- High energy and confidence leading groups
- Ability to motivate and engage children of varying ages
- CPR/AED Certification required
