Ship Guy Logistics is building out our internet sales team, and this is the seat where the leads land. Customers request vehicle shipping quotes on our website every day. Your job is to reach them fast, answer their questions, earn their trust, and turn those quotes into booked transports.
If you've worked a BDC, internet department, or appointment center at a car dealership, this role will feel instantly familiar. Same playbook: respond fast, build rapport, follow up relentlessly. Except instead of setting showroom appointments, you're booking vehicle transports, and you're closing them yourself.

Ship Guy Logistics is a Florida-based auto transport brokerage. We arrange vehicle shipping across the country for individuals and businesses. We're federally licensed and on record, and we're a company in growth mode.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound web leads by phone, text, and email. Speed to lead is the job, and you're first contact.
- Answer customer questions about pricing, timing, and how vehicle shipping actually works
- Build trust with people who've never shipped a car before and are comparing quotes from multiple companies
- Use follow-up and incentives to turn open quotes into scheduled transports
- Work your pipeline every day in our CRM. Every lead logged, every follow-up done.
- Hit daily activity targets and monthly booking goals
What we're looking for
Required:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and taking inbound questions
- Clear, confident phone presence and fast, professional writing over text and email
- Coachable, competitive, and reliable. You show up and you work the list.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
Preferred (not required):
- Car dealership BDC, internet sales, or appointment-center experience. This is the single best background for this role.
- Phone sales experience
- CRM experience (any platform)
Bilingual Spanish pays extra
Fluent in English and Spanish? You earn extra on every hour you work, on top of your base rate and the same commission everyone else gets. We confirm fluency in a short conversation during the interview. Not required to apply.
Pay and schedule
- $18 to $22 per hour, plus commission and bonuses on booked transports
- Additional hourly pay for verified English/Spanish fluency
- Top performers earn $85K+ per year
- Full-time, in office at our Boca Raton, FL location
- Multiple shifts available: morning, afternoon, and evening. Tell us your availability when you apply.

We promote from inside. As we add headcount, the reps who perform in this seat are the first ones we look at for senior roles.
Straight talk about this job
This is a volume role. You'll talk to a lot of people, hear "just checking prices" a lot, and follow up more than feels natural. The reps who win here are the ones who treat every lead like it matters and don't get discouraged by the ones that don't book. If that's you, the commission takes care of itself.
