- Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to optimize reach and conversions.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing online analytics to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach and community engagement initiatives.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for consistent online presence.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and content visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing performance monitoring by analyzing media performance analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and product launches.
- Capture high-quality photography and produce engaging video content that resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and internal teams to foster collaboration.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing performance monitoring using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Hootsuite, Buffer, and other relevant applications.
- Strong skills in content creation—including writing, graphic design, photography, video editing—and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with experience in social listening techniques to gauge audience engagement effectively.
- Familiarity with public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation through media outreach.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content aligns with branding standards before publishing.
