Casper Therapy Services is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for one elementary school in the Bethlehem/Winder, GA area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Conveniently located near Hwy 316, this position offers an easy commute from Winder, Dacula, Monroe, Athens, and parts of Gwinnett County.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in one elementary school with a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students and a collaborative, supportive district team.
Position Details

- W-2 employment through Casper Therapy Services
- Direct and indirect time paid
- Pay: $65–$70/hour, based on experience
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
