What You’ll Do in the Cook position:
Primary duties:
- Provide quality food service to clients, staff, and visitors at the Oaklawn - Goshen location.
- Prepare meals based on menu requirements and or clients specific needs according to standard recipes.
- Cook and serve breakfast and lunch daily; cater meals as requested.
- Fill food service requisitions for events during scheduled hours.
- Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meals service periods.
- May direct or delegate to other food service employees, in absence of supervisor, to help ensure meals are served in a timely fashion.
Requirements for the COOK position:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Two years food service experience in health or institutional setting.
- Schedule will include every other weekend.
