Qualifications and Skills:

One-year high volume bar experience is required

Must be motivated, friendly, upbeat, outgoing and positive.

Must be able to assist guests and possess great customer relations skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

Set up station with all product necessary for the shift

Understand beginning, ongoing and ending sidework

Attend roll call to learn of specials, events, new menu items or service procedures

Maintain accurate knowledge of drink construction and presentation, including garnishes

Provide prompt attentive service to serving personnel
-
Greet guests seated at the bar
-
Prepare accurately and deliver ordered drinks quickly
- Deliver enticing, knowledgeable specials presentation

Take orders and deliver courses in appropriate order when guests order food items

Use all opportunities to engage guests, crafting a dining experience to their wishes

Tender their check promptly and accurately
