Position Overview
We are hiring a Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our dedicated care team. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while enjoying the stability of rent-free living and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Support development of independent living and life skills
- Administer medications and document care accurately
- Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents
- Promote a positive and respectful group home culture
Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willing to live on-site full-time
- Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
- COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
Experience not required—training is provided! Previous caregiving, DSP, or group home experience is a plus.
