Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - In Home Health
Hours: 4 hours / week
Pay Rate: $55 / hr

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care and support to individuals with Down syndrome.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and monitor patients' health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Educate and support individuals, families, and caregivers.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies as needed.
- Promote health, safety, and independence.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in private duty, pediatric, or special needs care is preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
- Availability to work PRN/as-needed shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with genetic disorders and neurological conditions.
- Familiarity with mobility aids, wheelchair care, and rehabilitation support.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
