Blackwell's Wines & Spirits is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Retail Sales & Operations Associate to join our flagship San Francisco location.

What You'll Do
This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, inventory management, e-commerce, and retail operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional services to all customers
- Fulfill online with speed and accuracy
- Assemble shipments and pack wine and spirits for safe delivery
- Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding orders
- Receive and accurately check in vendor deliveries
- Stock and organize inventory in retail and storage areas
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail and warehouse spaces
- Assist customers in-store with purchases and product recommendations
- Support inventory counts, merchandising projects, and general store operations
What We're Looking For
- Professional, polished customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain focused while switching between responsibilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
- Must be at least 21 years old
Preferred Experience
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, fulfillment, or customer service experience
- Wine, spirits, beer, or specialty food knowledge
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about wine and spirits
