As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care while working collaboratively with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
You will play a critical role in promoting the health, dignity, comfort, and quality of life of every resident through compassionate, resident-centered care.

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current CPR Certification
Minimum one (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care.
Administer medications, perform comprehensive nursing assessments, provide wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
Supervise Nursing Assistants and support exceptional resident care.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of any significant changes.
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
