Job Summary:
Our Life Enrichment Director brings energy and meaningful activities to our residents. This position is critical in making sure our resident's days are filled with both active and passive activities throughout the day to keep them involved and engaged with each other while helping them maintain their independence longer.
This is one of the more fulfilling positions at our assisted living facility as the Life Enrichment Director has the opportunity to spend quality time with each resident in meaningful and enjoyable ways.

Essential Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the Activity Program.
- Create a lively and entertaining environment for our seniors.
- Create the monthly activities calendar.
- Set up meaningful entertainment for the residents each month.
- Celebrate holidays by creating themed events.
- Help honor our resident's birthdays each month.
- Be actively involved in the lives of our residents.
- Conduct a monthly resident council meeting.
Experience: The Life Enrichment Director should have prior experience planning and running activities in the Assisted Living setting. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
