Atlantic Caseworks is an award-winning, AWI-certified regional manufacturer of custom commercial cabinets and architectural millwork. With over 80,000 square feet between Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC manufacturing facilities, we create, build, and install custom casework and architectural millwork products for a diverse range of commercial markets including corporate offices, retail spaces, restaurants, medical facilities, hospitality establishments, churches, schools, and universities.
INSTALL SUPERINTENDENT
We are seeking an experienced Install Superintendent to lead and coordinate multiple commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork installation teams across multiple job sites. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initial installation through punch list completion and final customer signoff while ensuring projects meet quality, scheduling, safety, and budget expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage multiple in-house and subcontracted installation teams across multiple project sites
- Coordinate and oversee installation activities from project startup through final completion
- Maintain communication with project superintendents, general contractors, architects/designers, and other trades
- Represent the company professionally at construction meetings and job-site interactions
- Plan and coordinate manpower, scheduling, and installation sequencing to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all installations meet Atlantic Caseworks quality standards and customer expectations
Project Preparation & Execution
- Review architectural plans, approved shop drawings, and installation requirements prior to project start
- Conduct field measurements and verify job-site conditions
- Review products in the shop or warehouse prior to delivery when necessary
- Coordinate punch list completion and final closeout activities
- Proactively identify and resolve field installation challenges involving site conditions, materials, scheduling, or labor
Quality, Safety & Process Improvement
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism on all job sites
- Ensure compliance with company and job-site safety requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements for installation operations
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 6S continuous improvement initiatives
- Reinforce company core values and positive team culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience installing commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork products
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple installation teams and job sites
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and construction documents
- Ability to solve installation and field-related problems independently
- Experience managing project punch lists and final completion activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and similar construction communication/documentation tools
- Ability to accurately field measure commercial construction projects
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and scheduling requirements
- Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as required
- Industry knowledge of commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork preferred
Compensation will be based on relevant experience. Additional benefits include Profit Sharing program.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
