The Frontline Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for Customer Experience (CX), Distribution Center (DC), and Retail roles within USA and Canada. This role balances individual hiring and high-volume hiring with a focus on quality of hire and candidate experience. This role operates with strong independence in day-to-day execution, applies functional expertise , and identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes. This recruiter is expected to proactively source talent, build pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we hire candidates who align with Patagonia’s values and the realities of frontline work.

Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build pipelines through multiple channels including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, hiring events, and other platforms
Proficiency with major ATS/HRIS technology ( e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Greenhouse) to create requisitions, review records, and manage candidate flow from post to hire.
Hiring Range : $95,000-$110,000 USD Annual

Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.

Workplace Location Overview
This position is Hybrid , based out of our Reno, NV facility with a standard schedule of Tuesday–Thursday on-site weekly. Remaining days are flexible to work remote . Additional in-office days may be required on a rotating schedule to ensure PCJ coverage or for team events and critical meetings.
