Looking to add an experienced, licensed Master Esthetician/LPN/RN who has a true passion for skincare and lasers, with refined customer service skills, and a genuine desire to pamper others.
This individual will help to strengthen our business by interacting with clients to deliver personalized skincare and laser regimens based on client needs. We seek an upbeat personality who excels in compassionate, professional communication, and multi-task with ease while building long-term patient relationships.
Must have hands-on experience such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal, non-ablative skin resurfacing , IPL, etc., skincare treatments such as microneedling with and without platelet rich plasma, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and knowledge about medical grade skincare products.
We are willing to provide laser training to the right candidate to advance skill set.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Perform professional grade facials in accordance with established treatment protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Promotion and sales of services, skincare products, and packages.
- Provide skincare consultation for clients, bringing the element of personalized treatment plans and recommendation to life where appropriate.
- Perform cosmetic consultations that incorporates botox, filler, and laser treatments.
- Assisting with office operations including greeting guests, answering calls, selling services, using our EMR system to check in/out customers if needed.
- Ensure each patient receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, deep product knowledge, and education.
Qualities you need to succeed as an laser technician:
- Valid Washington Master Esthetician/LPN/RN license.
- Previous experience with some of the following: facials, microneedling, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, laser skin resurfacing, etc.
- Ability to market services to attract new clients.
