EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position provides daily guidance and oversight to nursing staff to ensure consistent, high quality care for residents. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

Clinical Leadership: Plan, implement, and evaluate resident care across multiple care areas

Team Guidance: Support nursing staff through mentoring, communication, and daily oversight

Coordination Efforts: Collaborate with administrators, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care

Record Management: Maintain records, review documentation, and prepare required reports

Staff Development: Provide training, encourage participation, and promote ongoing learning activities

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 40 hours per week

Work hours are 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). You will be scheduled rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays.
