Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time RADT Swing Position to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and vital signs accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct crisis intervention and manage behavioral crises using approved de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for clients and staff.
- Administer medications following prescribed protocols, maintaining precise medication administration records.
- Support clients with activities of daily living and provide patient care tailored to their unique needs.
- Collect data on client behaviors and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members during intake assessments, behavior management planning, and data collection efforts to optimize client outcomes.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with adults and SUD treatment.
- Knowledge of crisis management, crisis intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to perform vital signs measurement and understand medical terminology related to patient care and understand detox signs and symptoms.
- Experience with medical documentation, medical records management, and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
