What You’ll Do
- Production Excellence: Perform emergency, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance on sophisticated pharmaceutical packaging, mixing, and compression machinery.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise in AC/DC theory, motor controls, and PLCs to diagnose and repair electrical systems.
- Mechanical Mastery: Repair pumps and gearboxes, perform millwright practices, and execute precision welding/pipefitting as needed.
- Infrastructure Support: Maintain critical facility systems, including boilers, chillers, and industrial air handling units (AHUs).
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events and support 5S projects to create a world-class, sustainable manufacturing culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Pharmaceutical or Bio-Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Trade School or College degree in a technical field is strongly preferred.
- Electrical Skills: Strong grasp of power distribution, machine control circuits, and familiarity with PLCs.
- Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, sheet metal work, and welding.
- Compliance: Ability to maintain meticulous, legible maintenance records in accordance with safety and quality standards.
