Security Officer - Full Time Communications Support

As a Security Officer Full Time Communications Support in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter of the location.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities through accurate reports and communication with appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
