Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeepers (Subcontractor Position) to maintain cleanliness and order across our vacation rental homes. This energetic role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure spaces are safe, hygienic, and welcoming. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to creating a positive environment for guests and homeowners.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, garage game rooms, and outdoor living spaces.
- Stock homes with basic supplies; TP, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Soap Products, etc. All stocking supplies are provided.
- Track cleaning tasks in our automated tracking system via a smartphone app.
- Report broken or missing items within the homes.
- Report maintenance tasks while cleaning.
- Provide your own cleaning tools and cleaning supplies.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task
